Your build, metabolism, stress levels, and health history all vary from others. The food choices in different regions and cultures available today have radically changed in the last 100 years. How could one diet fit all?
The Experiment is about listening to the response of your body when presented with different options and using those results as your feedback. The Experiment is taking note of your reaction, recovery, and outcomes when you make changes. The experiment is to pay attention to what works for YOU.
When evaluating the best approach to weight loss, different body types, and lifestyles respond to different weight balancing diets and systems. Diet, exercise, sleep, and stress are all factors that may effect your weight loss journey.
Stress is a factor! “Fight and Flight” vs “Repair and Heal” are two different nervous systems. They cannot fire at the same time. While you are under stress, you are in fight and flight. Your body is rallying to deal with a threat- either run away or fight it out. Under stress, the body sees extra fat as additional fuel that it wants to hold on to for the battle it perceives it is in. The repair and heal process involves healing the systems through recovery and balancing so they thrive as they should naturally releasing the stored fat as a usable fuel source.
In our weight loss systems we take into account the need to reduce stress in the body to create a fat burning system and a healthy system. Our goal is to restore ideal health. Better blood work, lowered blood pressure or blood sugars, balanced hormones, and clarity of thought.
